If you don’t have access to a driveway or off street parking, charging an electric car is more challenging. Our project is focussed on defining the best way to overcome these challenges in a safe and sustainable way.
We want to ensure that the 100 chargers we will install as part of this project will benefit as many residents as possible. You can help shape the roll-out.
When you register, we will hold your information on file and use it to map out potential installation sites. If you tick the box for us to contact you, we will also invite you to electric vehicle and charging events, and keep you informed of developments.
As we have a high level of interest from residents, we will also consider schemes we can put in place for self-funding of charger installations. One example might be the cable gully. Find out more about the cable gully and other chargers in the trial.
